I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University in Portland, OR in 2016.
I have training with Children, Adolescents, and Adults. I have a focus on LGBTQ+. I have experience working with clients who are on the spectrum or living with developmental disabilities. I have experience working with children in the foster care system. I have experience working with trauma and substance abuse.
My theoretical framework is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

I work within a psychodynamic model of counseling. This includes theoretical frameworks of:
Attachment, Object Relations, Trauma-Informed, Interpersonal Dynamics, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
